Fantastic holiday experience!

I found the staff EXTREMELY friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. The animation team worked hard. I enjoyed many of the daily activities. The variety of food was very nice. I especially liked the themed nights in the buffet restaurant.

The room was cleaned every day, and it was very tidy. The hotel offered a minibar that was restocked daily with bottled water. The air conditioning worked really well. It kept the room cool and comfortable.

I really enjoyed the a la carte restaurants, as they were excellent. The Japanese restaurant had tasty food and a fantastic fire show. There were so many food options, so something was available for everybody.

the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained which met my expectations.
i found little care was taken in serving people. the staff was dumping cutlery at my table. i witnessed heated exchanges between them and other staff members.

the staff were friendly. hotel provide many activities daily. the pools are clean and big. no rush for finding sunbeds. the beach area is tidy. there are no shortages on pools for the enjoyment of hotel guests.
